Wirecast — Professional Live Streaming Software for Windows

Wirecast is an easy-to-use streaming software that enables users to achieve a professional appearance without the need for a big budget. It allows a single person to manage the entire process, eliminating the need for external help or coordination. The program supports creating live effects and mixing, producing a polished, professional-quality video. Additionally, it allows for expansion through the use of external equipment, although support for video input from external devices may vary.

With Wirecast Software, users can stream using one or two cameras, mixing the feeds in real-time. It also lets users create specific paths for each feed, where they can apply live transitions and automatic cropping. The software offers full control over what the audience sees.

The user interface is fairly simple, but it does require some knowledge of streaming to take full advantage of its features. Most controls are located at the bottom of the window. A large preview window shows what the viewers are seeing, and various controls are found on the left, where users can adjust audio, add effects, and overlay text. These settings can be set to AutoLive, allowing users to manage their live stream without having to make real-time adjustments.

Edit all sources dynamically—resize, position, crop, rotate, apply color correction, and more. Wirecast’s powerful graphic editing tools allow you to compose picture-in-picture shots or layer up to 250 sources on-screen simultaneously.

Titles
Add titles, lower thirds, scrolling text, crawling text, or live text to your broadcast. Choose from a library of templates or use NewBlueFX’s Titler Live Express software (a $99 value), included with every program purchase, for professional animated 3D live titles, scoreboards, clocks, logos, and more.

Audio Mixing
The built-in audio mixer offers greater control over your audio sources. Features include mix-minus, panning, solo, mute, and audio playout device selection.

Audio Effects (Pro)
Add VST-based audio effects such as Noise Reduction, EQ, and Dynamics filters directly from the audio mixer.

Instant Replay (Pro)
